NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
ANNOUNCEMENT:
The property management office is back on-site at LaurelBrooke. The office is located on the 2nd floor of the LaurelBrooke clubhouse. Please note the office phone number has changed to (615)373-7039.


TVA EASEMENT: The TVA easement is common property which the LaurelBrooke HOA is responsible to maintain. We have been informed that residents are operating ATVs and Unlicensed Motor Vehicles in the easement frequently. No Unlicensed Motor Vehicle including without limitation motorcycles, motor scooters, trail bikes, mopeds, motorized bicycles, go-carts, mules, and ATVs are allowed in this area.

PETS: Pet Waste stations have been installed along the walking trail around the large Willowbrooke Circle pond and along the walking trail at Flagstone Dr. and Waterstone Dr. We ask that you please immediately collect and properly dispose of pet wastes and litter. Pets are not allowed to roam unattended or off leash at anytime.

FEATURE COVENANTS:

ADVERTISING SIGNS: Advertising signs are not permitted unless approved by the Developer or the Design Review Committee. If you have a sign you would like to post, you may coordinate this through the SLC Property Management office.

DUMPING: We have learned that residents are dumping in the common areas behind homes and on various sites. There is absolutely no dumping allowed on lots or in the common areas. Please make sure your garbage and landscape debris is properly bagged and/or secured and that you have made the appropriate arrangements for removal. Clean up costs every resident.

VEHICLE PARKING: Cars owned by Lot Owners shall not be parked on the street, but shall be parked only in the Owner's garage or driveway. No inoperable vehicle, tractor or other machinery shall be stored outside on the premises at any time, even if not visible from the street. No house trailer or such vehicle shall be stored on the premises. Recreational vehicles, vacation trailers, campers and boats must be stored and hidden from view within the garage. Such vehicles may not be stored anywhere else on the Lot.
